Custom Necklaces

How do I select my letters?

Once you've added a custom necklace to your cart, add your letters in the "special instructions" box in the cart.

How long does a custom take to arrive?

Once you've placed your order (you'll receive an order confirmation email) it usually takes up to 4 weeks to arrive. Once your order is ready, we use an overnight courier service and will send you shipping confirmation and tracking for your parcel.

What happens if I am buying a custom item and an item in stock at the same time?

Once your entire order has been fulfilled at our warehouse we will dispatch your order. 

 


Care Instructions

How do I care for my MM pieces?

Be nice, I'm delicate

Each piece on Monday Merchant has been hand polished and coated with a clear coating to minimise tarnishing and discolouring caused by oxidation.

All necklaces are made from .925 sterling silver and are 18k gold plated.

To preserve the colour and/or plating of each item, avoid exposure to moisture, oils, salts, and acids. Always remove each piece prior to showering, swimming and exercising & avoid contact with cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes, lotions, and fake tan. When handling each piece always ensure hands are dry, clean and free from any residue.

After each use gently, but thoroughly wipe each piece with a soft, dry and clean cloth and when storing minimise exposure to moisture and air.


Pre Order

How does a pre-order work?

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing an item that is due to arrive in store. It is reserved for you and delivered to you as soon as it arrives with us. We provide estimated delivery times of your item via the product page. 

What happens if I am buying a pre-order item and an item in stock at the same time?

Once your entire order has been fulfilled at our warehouse we will dispatch your order. 


Currency

What currency are your prices in?
We are based in New Zealand and our prices are in New Zealand dollars. For help on exchange rates, please see here. 


Cancel / Order Changes

What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cancel any orders. If you are needing to update any information on your shipment, please contact us right away and we will try and amend your changes before it is dispatched. 

Orders with incomplete shipping details may take a little longer to arrive. If you need to update your shipping details, please let us know asap.


Shipping 

We are so delighted you're ordering with us. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Our products usually – keyword usually – ship within 3-5 business days. However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Tracking information usually takes up to 24 hours to show, if no updates have shown in 3 working days please email us at hello@monday-merchant.com with your order number so we can assist. 

Shipping cost
$7 NZ flat rate shipping (couriered and tracked via Courier Post)

$13 AUS flat rate international shipping (couriered and tracked via NZ Post)

$20 rest of the world shipping (couriered and tracked via NZ Post)


Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully and love your new piece of jewellery.

Of course, if your parcel is damaged, or you receive a faulty item we will either send you out a new item or if we are unable to fulfil a replacement we will refund you 100%
